Do not stay here! Went for godchildrens birthday trip. Tiny, very damp rooms. Wallpaper coming off. Bunkbeds very dangerous with no ladder and just bed on top of bed so kids Could easily fall off. Flys on beds. Door handle came of toilet door. No hot water!. Owner asked for a extra £20 on top of fee just in case we were drug users and would damage the place. When we said we couldn't stay there. Owner said he needed to speak to his grandfather to see if we could get a refund, which he refused. A absolute disgrace! Place needs to be demolished, it is not fit to stay in and owners don't care.

Upon Arriving at the "Hotel" it was a shambles!! I couldnt get through the main door, the number it told you to ring was ringing off!! And when we did finally get into our room all I can say is it was FREEZING, SMALL, DIRTY & UNACCEPTABLE!! But we went ahead with our stay as it was for my little sisters 16th birthday, we got ready went about our trip then went back to the "hotel" .. that's when it hit me that I wouldnt allow my dog to stay there never mind my family! So I was looking for the person who showed me to my room, couldnt find him, then the fire alarm started going off, as I headed out my room to evacuate the building he told me to get back to my room! I then told him I couldnt stay the night, it was freezing, no tv in the room, he had given me a room with 2 bunk beds, which may I add had no ladders to get to the top bunk, it was just Grimy!! He gave me my deposit back and I left!! To witch I've literally just got home from that place! Safe to say never again will I be staying there!!

My niece booked a room here and to say she was disappointed is an under statement when she asked for her money back the guy on the desk just laughed at her. The room was £80 it was a box room with a sink in the corner.  It ruined her weekend as she couldn't find anywhere else to stay and came home. Appalling way to run a business. Had to put one star to post but it isn't even that it should be minus 5 x

DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!!!

This place is abandoned and is still letting people place bookings, I booked my stay here in January 2019 and arrived for my stay in April to find the place abandoned. Called the numbers left on the door to be lied to and told I haven't made a booking with them, we were given no cancellation or no heads up that no one would be there when we arrived.

Man that answered the phone was a complete idiot who lied and said we hadn't made a booking and acted like he didn't know what he had done.

Went to the shop underneath the hotel and asked where the owner was to speak with him and she said he hasn't been there for months not over Christmas (when I booked in Jan) therefore he is still taking bookings knowing full well he is letting people down. 

DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!

Round the corner from this hotel is a place called Chesterfield House lovely place saved me and my friends from being stranded in Blackpool for Easter weekend without ripping us off, lovely owner and amazing breakfast included, I would recommend.

Abandoned not even 1 star

We booked a room at The Satter International hotel 78 Central Drive in Blackpool to which we were looking forward to going.  When we got to Blackpool we could not find the hotel, we rang up to ask for directions but could not get any satisfaction as to where they were situated.  The girl we spoke to on the phone was always referring to Coronation Street but as we were in a different street to what she was quoting it was to no avail.  Finally we were directed to the hotel by a friendly woman.  We took a least an hour to find a parking place as to the hotel proprietor requested we do.  On arrival at the hotel we were greeted friendly enough but when he asked us to walk up a flight of stairs that my sister could not get up due to her having COPD he was not very helpful to say the least.  I said to him that he had told me he had disability facilities to which he replied that he already looked after someone who had.  My sister asked him regarding her wheelchair but he was not listening to anything she has to say and kept saying about him being Indian and I don’t see any relevance regarding to what race he was had anything to do to what we were trying to sort out.  He kept saying it was a Hotel but we persisted to try and explain about the situation we were in and that he had told us that he had disability facilities to which he replied that he had invited us in to his house,  He then invited and my niece  and I upstairs where he was on the computer saying we would have to pay another £24 each the room we were in at the time smelled very bad and I noticed in one of the rooms there were no safety bars or ladders to the bunk beds.  We told him we were not very happy to the result and service he offers and asked for our money back to which he replied that we had to pay another £34 each which was £10 more that he had quoted before,  We asked him if there was anywhere else for us to stay with disability facilities but he ignored us and was not helpful in the least,  My sister and I are really not impressed by the service we received and also that we had to travel back up to Washington in the North East in the same night as we had nowhere to stop or stay,

discusting and we were accused of being racist

The triple rooms consist of; a bunk bed, the bottom tier being a double and the being a single; a sink and in our case a broken wardrobe. Beds have to be made by yourself as they aren't pre made. Shared bathroom per each floor and ours didn't have toilet roll in and weren't clean to say the least. 

We got accused of setting the fire alarm off (which definitely wasn't us as none of us smoke or were even in position of anything to create smoke) and then a worker was threatening to call the police if we didn't vacate the hotel. 

Can safely say I will not be visiting this hotel again :)

dull, beyond basic and accused of something that wasn't us!

This is one of the worst hotels I have been to ever. There was damp everywhere. We was put into a loft were 5 people were meant to sleep in. This was clearly a Health and safety issue due to the lack of space. 

My friends who were with me had there heads banging off the ceiling each time they climbed off the bed. The bunk beds had no ladder to climb on so there is a risk of you falling off. 

We wasn't allowed to charge our electronic devices at all. 

We were only allowed the heating for 2 hours throughout the whole day! That's all! 

We had a booking for one week but due to the Health and safety issues we left the hotel after the second day. 

The toilets had to be shared and so did the bathrooms. 

The sink in our room was dripping water all over the floor each time we had it on.

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

I dont even know where to start... Tiny rooms, damp, hot water in the shower and heating were not available throughout the whole day, there was a bed in the dining room, we were also told to wash our cups in our rooms and list could go on and on... I also doubt in safety of this place. I dont recommend it to anyone.
