AVOID - WILL MISSLEAD YOU TO CANCEL RESERVATION AND STILL KEEP THE MONEY
Made a reservation on booking for a same day reservation.
They messaged me 15 mins lates stating that my arrival time would be too late,  I would need to cancel.

Have since refused to allow booking to proceed with the reimbursement, ketp the money like I had stayed at the place.

Bar staff and atmosphere were great and cannot fault them there
However, no staff around in morning even at 7am, so i had to leave my checkout with a note and my keys on a till in hope they will see it.
The room was to be wxpected of a cheap price, however there was a strong stench of Ammonia in the room which left my eyes and throat constsntly burning while in the room.
Id recommend the bar, but not the stay

Drink dont stay

We visited this weekend for the night and literally had the best time the staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean the breakfast was amazing and the lady Lee was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble will definitely stay again if we visit Birmingham

Great place

Well….. on arrival, the room absolutely stank of weed, the ceiling had just been repaired as it fell through and it was still wet. Was cold/mouldy, there was pubes everywhere in the room, and the shower the floor was BLACK. One towel for 3 of us. Loud staff early In the morning swearing around the corridors. But the staff who made my morning brew was a nice lady.

Absolutely disgusting b&b 
Staff were rude and all drunk.
Was in this hell hole 20 minutes before we walked out.
We were shown to our room to find a couple in there with no bags.... apparently they had been told they could use the room.... dread to think what for. 
Asked to speak to a manager and there was no duty manager or supervisor on site, only drunken rude staff.
Smashed windows at front.... free for all bar people houng themselves. 
This hotel needs shutting down.


Avoid this hotel!! 

What a gem of a place! When we first pulled up we were slightly worried as its not the prettiest, however we were put at ease upon entering. All staff are more that accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely rooms, comfiest of beds. We had planned on going into Birmingham city centre but ended up staying in the bar as the locals were all lovely characters. 

Breakfast in the morning was top marks, thanks to the precious Lynn.

Definitely be staying here again very soon

Gem of a place 

AVOID this bar/hotel hell hole!!
Was took to our room to find a couple in there with no bags.... 5 minutes later dread to think what would have faced us lol!!
Rude drunk staff with no manners. 
No duty manager on site to speak to & was told nothing we could do except piss off!!
We left the hotel after half hour and checked into the Ibis.

worst experience of my life!!

Absolutely loved our stay here, from the first minute we were welcomed in like family. The people here are so genuine especially Lyn who helped with our breakfast in the morning.

Pub downstairs has pool table and live sports and our room was clean and tidy. Great price and will definitely be returning here on our next trip to birmingham!

Great Traditional B&B

Well the whole place was great everyone was so friendly especially Lynn who was a lush friendly face to welcome you in the morning with a banging brew and an even better breakfast! Defo would stay again, felt like home!
