Beautiful and the owner was lovely the view was spectacular lots of bendy roads the hot tub was beautiful has smart tv fridge ect perfect for self catering will defo return for another visit thank you

Amazing view

Lovely little hideaway, my wife and I booked the chatsworth suite and secret garden for a 2 night break. Just what we needed, we both have stressful jobs and I've been going through cancer treatment, our friends and family had spoilt us with a collection to get us away and we booked this because it looked ideal. The room was amazing with a humongous 4 poster bed and the secret garden was great to relax and have a drink in the hot tub. Staff couldn't do enough for us, will definitely be going back....

Lovely hideaway break

A great place to relax and unwind. Such a wonderful spot and a homely feel for a much needed break. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was excellent. And the following morning more breakfast choice you can ever ask for.

Another amazing stay at this beautiful place. Our 4th visit and hopefully not our last! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury accommodation surrounded by idyllic countryside with great service and facilities. 

Studio Hideaway

I can highly recommend coming here for a luxury stay.  We were looked after on our arrival and every morning  during breakfast.  The chef makes the most wonderful cooked breakfast and was also friendly.  Everyone was keen to help us and ensure we had everything we needed.
The room we stayed in (The Hay loft spa suite) had everything we needed and was lovely and clean plus we had an amazing private spa chalet with sauna and outdoor hot tub. We stayed two nights but wished we could stay longer.  Amazing stay - would love to come again.

Luxury getaway

An absolutely amazing hidden gem in Peak District. A great place to relax and have a break from the city life. 
Also, the breakfast here is just on another level. Definitely go for the Derbyshire oatcake with salmon.
The rooms are amazing and very very spacious as well as private/romantic.

Best place we have stayed

This was my fifth stay at dannah, this time with my youngest son as a little getaway before his brother is due to be born next month. I really love this place... if I ever won the lottery I'd book myself in every month... it's better then therapy :) 

I love the rooms, they are spotless, well thought out, decoration is beautiful and the countryside views are lovely and very relaxing.

I love the hot tubs, again very clean and relaxing. 

The owner and staff are lovely, nothing is to much trouble especially at breakfast. Talking of breakfast it is by far the best I've ever had. From the strawberries and melon, to homemade bread/toast, freshly squeezed apple juice (which is divine) to the full English which is fantastic. I can see why it's won awards and well deserved too! 

This place is my favourite place to visit in the uk by a mile off, and I'll definitely be back some time next year.

Another wonderful stay at dannah

Oh my! I am here right now, having stayed night one of our 3 night stay and had to write a review to say how superb this place is. 
From the warm welcome when we arrived slightly later than expected to the spotlessly clean room, this place is amazing
We are staying g in the hay loft and it is the most beautiful room ever with the biggest bed ever which is super comfy
The room is so clean considering how many small items and beams there are in it
The bathroom is snuggly warm all the time and the shower is brilliant 
The sauna cabin is also a lovely little hide away where you can sit and admire the countryside whilst having a glass of something lovely in the hot tub or after hot sauna
The breakfast too is incredible too with tasty well cooked local produce. 
So happy to have found this place and can’t wait to enjoy our next 2 days

Such an amazing place

Fabulous place for a special night away, we decided to come here to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and it was truly wonderful and really relaxing. The room was great, kitted out with everything you need for a night away. The hot tub outside was to die for. Completely private and towels, slippers and dressing gowns were provided. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. They offer absolutely everything from cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast to a full English breakfast with extras all freshly cooked, and the fresh orange and apple juice was delicious. The staff we met were so helpful and the owners were lovely too. We got fresh coffee and cake bought to our room when we arrived. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
