I got to the hotel just before midnight
I have a long travel down from Lincoln

Being check in by  lovely ladies Caroline and Chris. Had very lovely welcome when checking in. 

The room was very clean and tidy. 
In the morning of the 6th February had breakfast in the morning was nice.

Excellent stay

The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request, it is a pleasure to stay here. I could not be any happier, Christine is the best! 10/10. The food is really good, and quick service. Would highly recommend staying at Ashford Traveloge.

Ashford Travelodge

We had 2 nights at the hotel. One on our way to France and again on our return to break the journey.
The staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming.
The room was clean and as expected.
We had dinner and breakfast during our stays, both were great value for money and very nice.

Very friendly staff

The staff are the best ...so friendly and helpful... asked for two rooms near by and the the receptionist gladly obliged. 
Love the bar area, very competitive prices. 
Always great that the car park is free also. 
The rooms are clean and fresh. Would definitely come again. Highly recommended.

All good

Good stay friendly staff would recommend for stay very close to the tunnel lots of places to eat and cinema close by to watch recent releases supermarket 5 minute walk and gym close to petrol stations 

Eureka

A couple kicking off within the hotel spilling out into the corridors. Staff were not overly helpful. No one on reception to check in just overall a bad experience. Handed the keys in at 1am and done a 2 hour journey home 

Terrible

Really disappointing. The hotel is very tired. The walls and floors are dirty. 
My duvet had a tear in it and the others in the room where a mess. The floor of the room was dirty and the bathroom not cleaned. 
The paneling of the bedroom desk had been broken.
And we had no towels, which in fairness, were provided, when asked.

We were expecting cheap, but not quite this poor quality.

Poor standards

I stay here whilst trying to find work in the local area, staff were all great & very helpful, rooms are nice & clean, would definitely recommend to friends & family, would stay again, breakfast is good too.

Good place to stay

Five stars for everything.  The room was clean, toiletries supplied.  Extra towels when requested. 

All staff were very helpful,  polite and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Stayed here for 5 days with work. Never again.

Dirty rooms. Place stinks of smoke. For 4 days the same piece of cheese stayed in the middle of the hallway, like a piece of abstract art just waiting for a cleaner who never came.

The one and only time I ate there I waited over an hour for food which would be “15 minutes.”

Couldn’t so much as look at a reception staff member without them trying to get you to spend every penny of an allowance at the bar.

Then to top it off they tried to say I’d left with my key on checking out and would be charged for a replacement……after handing the key in on departure.
