Clean, well organized room with en-suite bathroom. Free bottle of mineral water in the room. Front desk is excellent and fluent in English. The Ukrainian borscht is not to be missed in the restaurant/lobby area. And convenient ATM in side of building next door. We took a walk on the street and withdrew cash at night with no concerns for safety. Taxi ride from airport cost us 260 grivna (UHA) (because the driver had an hour wait due to airline delay) which the hotel can arrange for you prior to your arrival. The taxi driver was courteous and stood with our name on the placard for easy identification. The ride back to the airport was 170 grivna (UHA) given that he didn't have to wait and park in the lot.
