A beautiful building decorated with paintings by Alfons Mucha, especially in the restaurant area. Situated right in the centre so it´s really easy to get everywhere. Zhaivoronok thermal pools are about 15 minutes away on foot.
The room was somehow average - a double bed, desk, TV set (no foreign channels I´m afraid), a large wardrobe, central heating, airconditioning (don´t know if it worked, we didn´t need it). A big bathroom with a shower (no curtain, so if you take a shower, there is water everywhere) and a toilet. We didn´t have breakfast here although it is offered - the menu is available in the room and the prices seem to be quite reasonable.
The staff didn´t speak English (at least the ones we met) but were nice and helpful. There is a lift, but still you have to climb quite a lot of stairs to get to it. If you come by car, the parking place is free but the surrounding buildings look rather dilapidated. Nonetheless,  a pleasant place to stay, would come again.

Nice hotel in the center

Building is attractive and historic. Interior of the building is good. Hotel rooms quite simple:  equipped with old furniture and cheap accessories. Noise isolation is completely absent. Our room (101) was next to the reception and close to elevator. Elevator was very noisy. Reception was noisy too :) Staff is the other question: alternating ladies: young was nice and supportive (helped with bus schedule and other basic questions about the city), the older lady: simply rude and impolite, not supportive at all, all her questions were "when do you leave" :) refused to call the taxi...strange for the hotel :) To summarize: the hotel service stays in soviet union of 70s, 80s.  The price is average for Beregovo. May recommend to stay for not more than 1 night, if you are lucky with the woman at reception :) Though there is nice restaurant downstairs which we would recommend to visit.

Hotel back to 1970s (Soviet union Service) but in great place

We visited this hotel with my boyfriend. We got the mid-category room, which did not satisfy our needs. The room was huge, for no need. The paint of the wall was falling down, and the wardrobe had defects. For getting hot water in the shower we had to run the tap for at least 10 minutes, after that it started to be alright. The hotel looks nice but too oldish and the price of the room is overrated.

Pleasent but old

We only used a restaurant in this place which was very nice, although the service was a little slow. The dishes were all well cooked and it was  a goo value for money. It is a shame this place is not used to its full potential as architecturally it is amazing and is located right in the town centre
