We were there as a family of four. The staff was kind, and the family room we stayed was very clean. If you are looking for a simple bed-breakfast place, this is it. Highly recommended for families. Some minor points are the AC was not running good, but it was ok, and the breakfast can be enriched.

Very clean...

don't get me wrong, i enjoyed my stay, but the place is still mediocre to say at best. first of all, in 2018 apparently they had their share of beach, beachfront restaurant etc.. not anymore. their kitchen is disfunctional, there's no 24hrs reception, there's a lady somewhere in the evening and a guy during some time of the day. property is located between beach boulevard and main street, there are loud bars at both sides so expect a lot of noise until midnight. a good part of air conditioners are in poor state so they're very noisy too, i had to move from room 206 to 204 because in 207 the in house module had noises like maching gun through the wall. cleaning was a pure joke, mainly it was a purse for tips placed in the room. mini fridge worked ok, hot water 24hrs. ah, the cleaning always opened balcony so i didn't felt that my laptop and stuff were safe enough. what else.. no shampoo/shower gel refill  too. the hotel serves as a backup place for overbooked zeus place which serves as package tours from russia so expect russian tourists (which i am). some random stains and holes on bed sheets. posting a pic of "cleaning". staff at reception was friendly. evening lady doesn't understand engligh. wifi worked ok especially after i relocated repeater (it needs to be rebooted every couple of days)
