What was good

I asked for a low floor, I got a low floor. The food was good, there was a good variety and always something for everyone. The staff were friendly and obliging. There were some good shows in the evening, and they always tried to involve everyone including 79 year olds. The entertainment team was excellent, especially Mehmet. Even the onsite hairdressers were friendly with the guests. I would certainly go again.

What was bad

The bar staff were a bit miserable, and you only had a towel change twice a week, having said that, the rooms were cleaned every day.
