Lovely place to stay, the staff is very easygoing and friendly, the interactions with the staff are always very amiable, performances given by the animation team were fun to watch, the food varied from day to day but was always very well prepared and good in taste. Overall great place for spending the vacation.

Review

Crappy hotel. I would understand if they said right away that their hotel is 1 star, just to spend the night and charged minimal money, but when you expect ultra all-inclusive 5 stars and get this—I don't even know how to describe it. Everything is so bad, it feels like a joke, but unfortunately, it's not.

They have problems at literally every step.
In the lobby, in the dining area, and in all common areas, the air conditioners don't work. I would understand if this was some northern country, but in Turkey! This is the very basic, especially in a 5-star hotel.

It stinks everywhere, you go to the beach, it stinks, you swim in the sea, it stinks, in the hotel, it stinks.
The food is a whole other issue. The meat is questionable, everything is greasy, drenched in oil, there are few fruits, and the vegetables taste like plastic. The only non-alcoholic drinks available are those nasty chemical juices from machines. We had to go to the market ourselves to buy decent tomatoes, peaches, figs, etc.
The worst part is that half the hotel is sick. Coming on vacation to have severe diarrhea and vomiting is exactly what I've dreamed of all my life. Fever, body aches, stomach pains. In the morning you see people being taken away by ambulance. It is important to take into account that, I am a very picky eater, but I got sick. They need to close down for quarantine and disinfect the entire hotel. There's unsanitary conditions everywhere, sticky utensils, unclear plates. I'm even afraid to look at what's in those machines with chemical drinks. After that, we were scared to go to the restaurant and had to eat elsewhere.

There's no Wi-Fi, 10€ for 7 days for ONE phone. No words.
The safe in the rooms does not work.
instead of a normal blanket or sheet for sleeping, there is some kind of weird towel or whatever it is.

They don't know about cleaning either, you have to beg for towels and water, forget about mopping the floors and changing the bed linens. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Under the bed, there are lots of glass shards.

A special comment on their playlists, at the beach bar they play 5 old Russian songs on repeat. By the pool, the same old dance every day. I'm surprised they haven't gone crazy from the same thing every day.

And i haven’t even started to talk about the gym… The website mentions a gym, like in regular 5-star hotels. But there, the equipment is old, broken and rusty. it's dirty and a complete mess. No one cleans up anywhere. No one goes there.

In the evening, all the neighboring hotels have lights and lots of lamps, ours looks like it has no electricity.
The water at the beach is dirty, you walk on the pier and the boards are shaky, it's about to collapse, you go into the water and there are old nasty stairs.

On the way to the hotel, you see many large and impressive 5-star hotels, and then you arrive at this dump, it's hilarious. Just take down that 5-star sign already, close for repairs and disinfection.

I was for the first time in aventura and I really liked the beach. The water and the beach was very clean.  The food is very varied with fresh vegetables and fruit everyday. Animation was always very energetic and motivated and put on a program every night.

Amazing animation

Overall for last minute price is ok. Entertainers were fascinating, music was perfect. Event when it was raining, entertainers did their job very well. However, the staff were terrible. They even took care of a wild cat more than took care of a client, when took a napkin from our table and took some leftovers from other table and gave them to the cat……A room was fascinating with a view of the sea.

We were in this hotel with family, location is good! Everywhere we go its really easy to get to that place! Animation team working so entertaining! We visited lots of activities its really worth visiting! Evening programm show were really good! But we didnt like beach location we more prefer went to swimming pool area!

The hotel with unused potential. Rather 3 stars hotel for European standard.

Strengths:
-	Good  food  - a lot of vegetables, fruits, cakes, meat (rarely fish or sea food);  thematic day (Turkish day)
-	Good outdoor infrastructure – swimming pools, slides, boardwalk, private beach
-	Rooms – renovated, big, clean with sea view
Weaknesses:
-	Miniclub – almost doesn’t exist (few used crayons and paints, no toys, no games; only interested in selling each day the t-shirt for 10 USD to pain and give the medals for buying it in the night); in the other hotels the children were singing, preparing together food/pizza, preparing together night show, playing in some games, building together something, but hear nothing like this. The ladies in the miniclub not interested in children, no interaction with them. Its disappointing as the hotel was recommended for the families with children
-	Animation team – poor quality animation for adults during the night only in Turkish/Russian eg. Bingo (buy the ticket for min 3 USD to participate, poor rewards such as discount to massage); for kids only 30 minuts diso  - each day the same songs
-	Professional performance – very rarely (Turkish night, disco); in other hotels were belly dance, flamenco, acrobatics, Michel Jackson etc
-	Gym – a lot of broken equipment, dust and dirty, nobody clean it
-	Drinks in all inclusive – lack of pinacolada
-	Cleanness – poor in the beach area and  beach restaurant/toilet

P.S. 50m right you can find good massage/hamman centre with reasonable prices (Semish spa centre)

The accommodation is worth the fart. The hotel is perhaps several decades old. Everything outdated, sanitary equipment even moldy. The only one who really cares about entertainment is the animation team. Especially Mr. Babo, Mrs. Kamila and Mr. Panthera. Thanks to them, we lasted 14 days here, and then it's easier to forget about the hotel's shortcomings.

Aventura Park Visit

For 2 weeks, this hotel became our home. And we only want to say good things about the house... That's why we can make a qualitative review. The hotel is small, very old, but cozy. The room is such a pleasure….. The beach is also small, but very nice for small children, comfortable for parents. It is a bay, so the sea is very calm, just incredible. A typical family hotel. If you want "chic, glitter and soffits", bright cafes and restaurants near the hotel, then this is not the place for you... Classic evening wear, long dresses, heels, live music in the lobby - all this is not the case. BUT there are almost no VACANT seats in this hotel. Maximum filling. Everyone chooses their criteria for rest. They are quite satisfied with their vacation. First of all, we sincerely thank the staff for all their efforts to make the guests' stay nice and comfortable (even if the temperature is +47). In 14 days, it is almost family, guests, and staff. Sincere gratitude to the chefs (these are the Gods of cooking, they will not leave you hungry), the restaurant staff, who were always there and discreetly did everything (the glass of pink wine was never empty). Well, very strict managers who never once smiled, but controlled everything and everyone. But I think a smile suits them, especially the manager's girlfriend. Separately, these are animators, whose imagination knows no bounds. Special thanks to the boss, for the opportunity to evaluate the Mr. Hotel contestants, it was simply crazy, funny and creative. Therefore, if you value not appearance, but lively intercourse and family attitude, gentle sun and incredible sea - then everything will suit you! A piece of our hearts remains with Aventura.

Summer 2023

Very riendly and helpful stuff speaking at least 3 languages, many activities. Tasty and variable food. Small but spacious beach and nice pier with nice view. Hotel is in a very green area. 
Rooms are cleaned every day. You can always ask for everything you need at reception.

Aventura - is a very beautiful place! I would definitely visit it once more time.Animators are great, programme for tourists is interesting.
