Hour to starter  was delicious another hour and half for main which did not arrive did not bother to stay paid Bill  no apology  was sent on recommendation 😑 all hungry went back to apartment  had a great meal in 40 minutes  

Group visit

Upon arrival, the first thing that we noticed was the musty odour in reception. The man who greeted us, although friendly, could speak no English whatsoever. There was no check-in procedure. The man simply took us to our first floor room (no number on door) and showed us in. The room looked like it hadn't seen a duster in months. The 'Balcony' 18 inches x 5 feet was absolutely filthy, although it was just big enough to throw a washing line across. The main ceiling light consisted of two bare wires dangling from the ceiling, The mini bar was empty and badly rusted within. The television was an ancient portable one which would probably be worth a lot of money at an antique fare.  The shower room was dirty, the actual shower was so clogged up, I had to clean it myself.  Some two hours later the manager arrived, knocked at the door and asked if he could do anything for us. We asked if the room and 'Balcony' could be cleaned. The manager instructed the male receptionist to do the cleaning (no other staff on site for the endurance of our 2 week internment.) There were no cleaning staff, we had to either sweep the place ourselves or ask the receptionist to do it. We were not offered change of towels or bedding; no toilet rolls were provided so we bought our own, in fact every thing that a normal hotel would provide, we had to ask for. We were the only guests in the hotel and wrongly thought that we would receive great service. We now realise why we were the only guests. The whole hotel is grubby and needs a makeover to bring it into the 21st century. If I could make one positive statement, it would be that we could get Wi-Fi from our room. I would not advise anyone to stay here, unless you are a back - packer.

There was no heating in rooms. No hot water. It was very noisy we could hear all talking from rooms next door.
There were no blankets in rooms despite it being winter.
We finally got a heater and blankets after another guest translated for us.
Would never stay again.
