It is a phenomenal place. I will certainly go back.The service was unbelievable.  I have traveled all around the world, and I have never seen such service and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was overwhelming and incredible variety.

Decent sized, beautifully furnished, comfortable rooms that suit the island setting perfectly. All the amenities you need are either already in the room, or happily provided upon request by the Turkish, English and French speaking hosts, whom incidentally also sporadically offer guests complimentary refreshments and excellent home made baked goods which they spend most of the day preparing. The breakfasts however are out of this world. Turkish breakfast feasts are one thing, Kalyopi breakfasts are something else. Outstandingly good, with excellent produce and genuine care and attention to detail by the hosts. You won't want or need lunch or dinner, but if you do definitely take the hosts' recommendations. The common garden breakfasting and sitting area is superb and a great place to chill at all times of the day or evening to sip some wine and read a book. A delightful little family-run hotel that cannot be faulted.

Reason to return to Boz/Tenedos

When deciding to come to Bozcaada again, it was clear I wanted to stay at Kalyopi again. I was greeted like a long-time friend, the room was clean and neat and the breakfast excellent. Not to mention the location. Whenever I am in Bozcaada, this is the place to be.

Second time, feels like home

My wife and I stayed at Kalyopi for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were the best we had in Turkey (and that’s saying something because Turkish breakfasts are already so delicious), and the hosts are fabulously warm, knowledgable and hospitable. We felt like we were a small part of the family while we stayed which is one of those wonders of travel that you always hope to find, but rarely do. A must stay...we are already thinking of finding a way to return at the end of our Turkey trip. Thanks!

Amazing Guesthouse

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute. Pınar and her family are so nice and helpful. The rooms are beautifully made, clean and very bright. Breakfast is outstanding. Last but not least, the location is unbeatable!

Home away from home - ev gibi

Staying here was one of the highlights of our 2 week mini-tour up the Aegean coastline; the only downside being that we couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is perfectly located just up the hill from the restaurant lined mazed of the Greek part of the town; out the way of the bustle but only 2 minutes walk away.
The room was an ideal in size for 2, which was freshly decorated and equipped with a newly fitted en-suite, air conditioning (very well received), a TV and beautiful paintings on the wall (created by the owners daughter, a local Artist). All the rooms lead to a central partially shaded courtyard for lounging during the day or evening which is also where reception is located and where breakfast happens.
The breakfasts were awesome. Everyday they were slightly different with local variations of the traditional Turkish Breakfast, served with an array of the owners homemade jam (the melon and the carrot are both highly recommended).

Overall the hotel mirrors the general feel that you get from Bozcaada as a place. Modern yet traditional with an artsy/contemporary charm. The owner and her family make you feel so welcome with 3 generations milling around adding a real authenticity to the experience. We only stayed 2 nights but by the time we left it felt like we'd been visiting old friends. Can't wait to stay again.
