terrible service, very noisy outside.  asked to change the room for one night in order to get some sleep, they say that all the rooms are occupied, but all the rooms are open and free.  I don't recommend it.  I was with my wife for one night.  no one understands English.  the staff doesn't want to do anything.  if you regret your wasted time, then choose another hotel

First visit to Bodrum and a terrible experience.

Lovely hotel in great area, right in the centre of Bodrum. Hotel spotlessly clean. Very nice Turkish breakfast served on the roof terrace. Also has a lift for anyone with mobility issues. Staff friendly and helpful! So glad we found it, and will definitely be back

Excellent hotel

We stayed at the hotel at a standard room with a small balcony overlooking the sea and Bodrum castle.  The view was beautiful.  Although it is end of the season, there was loud music especially on the weekend.  The room was spacious.  The WiFi was good. The refrigerator was tiny.  The woodwork on the walls and ceiling was magnificent.  It looks like they did a great job getting the hotel ready.  Unfortunately, there were serious flaws in the maintenance of the room.  In a few years, the bathroom can become a health hazard with black mold (already developing).  It takes a long time to get the hot water running.  The carpet in the room was not even tacked in.  Breakfast was good, expected a bit better for the price.  Terrace is lovely with a great view, but looks like it is not being maintained properly.  The service was great when Ömer was around.  He was always there with a smile when we need him.  He was very friendly.  He always had simit for me for breakfast.  For three days that he was not there, everything turned into sub par.  Items missing at the breakfast plate.  The rooms were not properly cleaned.  Thanks Ömer for welcoming us.   Without you, it would be a terrible experience.

Beautiful view

First place we stopped after getting off the ferry from Kos. Remember going here many years ago. What beautiful views . Loved it . Coffee and service were good.  Not very busy so opportunities to take photos.

Great views

I made a 3 night  reservation in person with this hotel for a sea view room which I was shown. I paid a deposit to reserve this room.
I just happened to pop in to show my friends the hotel and was told that my room was going to be moved to the non sea view very noisy side of the hotel as another guest wanted to extend their stay.
The manager was called and just said it was too bad and not his fault. The ensuing conversation resulted in me getting a refund and losing my reservation.
I consider this an appalling was to treat a potential customer.
I actually was looking for a place to stay for one week every month whilst I house hunted but loss of potential business did not seem to mean anything to this Manager.

Terrible way to treat a guest

It is nice, clean, and good price hotel. The rooms with sea are beautiful. The noise of the  45 bar next to the hotel is annoying till 3:30 in the morning but still it is ok because it plays all turkish classics. The rooms with sea view are just great you can see the castle.
