Marhaba Salem

I have just left the hotel today after a week with my husband and four year old boy. We have had the most amazing holiday from start to finish. Every staff member we have seen from the cleaners, to the waiters, bar staff, entertainment team and gardeners have all taken so much pride in their hotel and it really shows. A special mention to Rami, our main waiter who was so welcoming and always kept our drinks topped up. We found the hotel to be nice and clean, in the rooms and around the pool. Our room was a great size with a extra bed that my 4 year old felt right at home with. The storage and space in the room was fantastic. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have not impressed me with the way the staff have done here. The food has been really great, with varying meats and show stoppers each night but also basics with pizza and pasta that kept my little boy happy. The salads and puddings have also been really impressive. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelette and pancakes each morning, with a coffee brought over by Rami. Bar staff have brought drinks to us by the pool and during the evening shows and have been so friendly. We have felt so relaxed and catered for all week and I am so grateful to the staff who made it so great. Another fantastic addition was a special Tunisian day they had where a marching band walked through the hotel and by the pool playing for the guests. The ability to access all the pools between the shared hotels was really great and we spent most of our time by the little pool. It was easy to get beds by the pool and the beach, with umbrellas available everywhere. There was also a fantastic show put on by traditional men and their horse by the pool side with drinks and food to celebrate with them. The hotel has certainly captured a piece of my heart and I'm sure we will come back.
