Khayam Garden Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

I have been travelling to this Hotel since 2014 and it is getting better and better. The staff are excellent and take care of everything you could need to ensure your holiday goes well. The staff in Reception are gracious, warm and welcoming and assist you immediately upon your arrival, thank you to Yassine and the whole team. The staff in the restaurant work very hard and will happily prepare your table with your regular drink of choice which is wonderful considering the amount of guests they serve, the food is excellent, was very varied and always hot, however if you have any dietary requirements these will always be accommodated by the Chef. The team in the Bar were wonderful and soon got to know and understand the way you liked your drink preparing and would be already doing this as you walked into the Bar area, service with a smile and a nice word goes a long way. The Fram animation team were brilliant, although we do not travel with Fram and indeed are not French guests, we were always welcome to join in with the activities available, one young man, Simo, always made an effort to greet us and ask how our day was going - thank you. The cleaning staff work tirelessly and the results are amazing and much appreciated. The Owner and his family are very welcoming and certainly approachable. Myself and my daughter brought a friend with us for this visit, it was her first time ever in Tunisia and there was no other Hotel I would have wanted to take her, she loved it and indeed is returning later in the year so thank you to everyone for this. A big, big shout out to Fatima and Chef Mohamed, The caring and loving nature of Fatima just shines out, her heart is amazing, a very special lady indeed and Chef Mohamed, wow, what a brilliant guy, he is amazing and full of energy with heart the size of Tunisia, just fantastic. Sorry for the long review but there is so much to say, again, I thank everyone for the brilliant impression left on our friend, she was amazed. Hope very much to see you soon
