The hotel isn't too far from the airport. The room has a great view to wake up to plus it was spacious enough to share with a friend. The overall service was really good. The food at the trilogy in the evening is to die for and is a must have.

A lovely hotel

This is a very beautiful hotel that has been built just 1 year ago. The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it is very far away from the nightlife of Patong beach so if you want to do this then this hotel is not for you. 
But if you want to relax with your loved ones without too many tourist around you then this is a perfect hotel. It has two swimming pool- the main one and at the rooftop. Seeing the sunset at the rooftop is really recommended. The main pool is nice with a poolside bar and cabanas for you to relax.
I will recommend to book a room with poolside access so that you have a pool just by your balcony. Rooms are well designed with a nice bathtub and all the amenities that you need

With regards to food there is one restaurant that serves local and western dishes which is quite nice. There is another restaurant that serves western bites at the basement. Breakfast is ok but I hope to see more varieties and better coffee

To get there I will recommend to get a Transport beforehand and stop by a supermarket to get all your snacks and beer for your trip. 

The staff are friendly and they try to accommodate your needs.

A very beautiful hotel 

Hotel room:
Aircond was working well. Bed is fine with a  tiny balcony. Room is fine for 4 ppl. But! The bathroom was a nightmare. Flooded. And you can see after the night, the flooded water covers with all kinds of dusts and oily.

Lift is a little scary thou, feels like anytime can be stucked. 😅

Staff:

Puuki lady receptionist ( I think I spelled it correctly ) was very helpful. Our room comes with a sofa bed but was not made upon check in. She brought the blanket and bedsheet cover and pillows and did it on the spot for us.

She was very friendly helping us with the bike rental too. 

Overall it was satisfying except the bathroom but we dint mind more as most of the time we're out for fun.

Hotel and staff

The hotel was average. Room size was decent. The bathroom had a weird sewer smell which refused to go - improper ventilation I suppose. The flush in my friend's room wasn't working too. The concierge is nice though. Location is good. 10 mins walk to patong beach and to Jungceylon

Average hotel, good location

We booked a room with a "city" view. On arrival the hotel clerk was friendly but unknowledgeable, I had to show her how to use the credit card machine for my friend's room. I paid cash.

When we got to our rooms we were very displeased to find the "city view" is just a mirror layout hotel literally two feet from the "balcony" of our rooms, i could reach over and touch the other hotel's balcony. The term "balcony" is a very loose description, its little more than a smoking ledge not big enough for a chair to be placed in it! The bathroom had no shower curtain. The safe was inoperable. The refrigerator was filled with chargeable items so there was no room for personal supplies.

We immediately decided this was unacceptable for the relatively high price we paid for the rooms. We asked for a refund but the clerk refused so we asked her to call the owner. Immediately it was clear from his attitude he was a scammer. He claimed the rooms were exactly as described and that we were liars. He finally agreed to a refund minus a one night fee. I got repaid cash. My friend was not so lucky. Three weeks later they still charged his card the full amount and claimed he was a no-show so he could not put a review on the booking site he used.

Overall, this place is expensive, hard to access, dishonest and low quality. I will never consider this place again.

Misleading, unfriendly

Basic bait with "balcony room with city view," then find out it's not a balcony (not room for a chair on it), it's a smoking alcove that is two-feet (literally) from the next building. You can reach over and grab the balcony of the room in the hotel this one is built two-feet away from (see pics). No shower curtains (think, water all over bathroom when finished), broken safe (when someone can climb over into your room from theirs in about two-seconds..., you might want a safe) and a nasty foreign owner adds up to a "pass" on this place.
