First time holiday in Thailand. I was warmly welcomed by every members of staff I had encountered. My room was close to the quiet and sandy beach. My room was spacious, comfortable and was cleaned daily. The inclusive buffet breakfast was extensive, varied and delicious, a choice of both Asian and European selections. The free Wi-Fi covered all areas of the hotel and its' ground. A special mention to the Reception staff who contacted Tui regarding a no show from a trip I've booked through Tui on line. I did get a fast refund from Tui and the Reception booked another trip using the hotel's tour company. The trip was enjoyable, professionally organised and reasonably priced. The only minor negative comment I have is the cushions on the sunlounges are a bit thin and uncomfortable but as there were many unused loungers around the beach area, I just doubled up and the problem was solved. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks stay at Briza Beach Hotel and hope to return soon.
