8 reviewsWe have booked the hotel through agoda and when we reached the hotel, it is packed full of people and we are lucky that we booked it early. The hotel is a bit old and there is not much of parking lots available. The staff worked there are all elderly who speak more Taiwanese than mandarin but we felt very warm-hearted as their service level is out of our expectations. The room is big, with hot shower. Aircon is centralized and strong but due to winter we do not need to open the aircon. The staff very patiently to help me find a parking space while after our count down from e da and back to the hotel, there is no parking lots left but the staff asked me to park at the front of someone shop houses instead, he took down our hotel room number so in case the person wanna open his shop they will notify us immediately. The next day when we are checking out, our friends have not came down yet and the counter staff offered to call their room to check on them. Excellent service level and highly recommended. Location is near to Kaohsiung train station.
