You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. During specific national holidays or consecutive holidays, the full remittance will be collected from the customer to ensure the reservation of the room. If remittance is required in advance, the relevant remittance account number will be provided in the chat content. If the remittance is completed, please provide the last 5 digits of the account number to ensure that your remittance is completed. National holidays and Saturdays and Sundays, the check-in time of the hotel must be after 18:30 in the evening.
