Stayed with family (including kids 7 & 5 yrs old) in June 2014.

Booked a double bedded, sea-facing room for four peron.

LOCATION
Minsu is located at 砂岛，the SOUTHERN END of Pintung, around 15minutes to 垦丁大街, where all the shops & restaurants are. Buses near the minsu runs twice every hourly brings you to all the actions.  We took the buses but it was not comfortable waiting at the 'simple' bus-stop, especially when it rains.  Cab is also few aroud the area. 

A shabby looking pasta cafe next door.  Other than that, only a few more other minsu.

Minsu opposite a little mini museum which showcase the different types of sand in Kenting. Occasionally, big groups arrived to visit.

There is a 'beach' opposite the minsu, but not good for playing as sand is very rough and rocky.  A great disappointment to us.

Location is distant, quiet and good for couple getaway.  To enjoy most of this minsu, good if you have some form of transport.

ROOM
This is a newly renovated minsu.

Spacious, Simple and clean, just like the photos in their website. Floor is tiled and adds on to the airy feel of the room.  Beds big and comfortable. Aircon temperature can be controlled. Also a ceiling fan.  WIFI is good in the room. Owner gave very good briefing on functions in the room upon our arrival.  A shared fridge along the hallway.  A very comfortable room.

BATHROOM
Clean and beautfiful.  Nice complimentary toiletries.

BREAKFAST
American breakfast with egg, bacon, bread, fruits, salad etc. Very tasty and freshly prepared by owner, upon your arrival in the morning.

OTHERS
As with some other B&B, there is no laundry service.  But owner was kind enough to offer to wash our laundry in their washer, but need to hang in our room to dry.  We declined the nice offer as there is simply no place to hang in the room.  There is also no self- service laundry service in the whole of Pintung, as according to owner, and our own research.

OVERALL
Minsu runs by a young couple with a son. Owners are friendly but not intruding.  During our four days there, we met only young couples.  We were the only family with children.

Overall a comfortable stay.  Perfect for couples and honeymooners.

May choose to explore other options the next time we visit Pintung, especially those near to nice beach and activities.

We stayed at 窩。在海邊 for 3 days and we loved it so much.

Cozy atmosphere and an amazing sea view! 

The best thing is 民宿主人十分親切﹐小兒子也很可愛!

Your home away from home

we had a wonderful time here with Cheipei and her family. The house has just been renovated with a very good taste and details, all comforts and kindness make you feel very much at home. If you are looking for a homey guesthouse and not a big resort, this is the right place.

best B&B in Kenting!

This is a newly refurbished hotel, amazing goog taste, runned by a very kind family, in one of the nicest place of Kenting! I stayed there 2 night and I wish it was more! There are rooms with bath!!! All rooms I saw were amazing, but the top ones facing the sea are outstanding: they have a wide balcony by the sea!
