32 reviewsI have stayed at much bigger hotels near Congress centre in Basel. this family run hotel gave me best service, ambience and confortness (spotless clean and spacious room). Ivana warmly greeted me with free welcome drink and asked me if I wished to enjoy it in the restaurant or upstairs in the room. very kind and thoughtful as she knew I might be exhausted after 13 hrs flights and 1 hr train. She also reminded me the rain and land me umbrella if I need one. Yasmina brought me a whole bag with adaptors to make sure at least one of them is right for my elcteonic plugs. Nicola the owner made sure we are taken care of and also sent us to the airport with no charge. none of them reminded me to write something here or on TripAdvisor. they just want us to be treated well and happy when away from home. this is fabolulous stay and thanks everyone! I wish I could be back again in future.
