We loved it. Just the "haven" we needed :)

The parking was fine because we were out of season by 2 weeks & it we arrived when it  was full & wet & most tourists had left. From mid-June it would be a problem, get the yellow man on to check times. Hotel good quaint accommodation. Help yourself to breakfast, but it hadn’t been set up by staff, made own coffee, ants in the kitchen! Fresh bread appeared at 8:15am

Great coastal retreat

A beautiful, perfect place, cosy and so-well located with balconies upon the village and the sea.Everything is thought for comfort and pleasant time in Fjallbacka

When we arrived, it was already dark. We let ourselves in according to the instructions, which were provided to us via text.  Place was very welcoming and comfy after a full day of exploring Swedish (and Norwegian) countryside.  Its a lovely house, which was fully stock for our comfort and convenience.  When we walk up in the morning, we were greeted by a beautiful view from our window - North Sea and a quaint fisherman village on its shore.  Being off tourist season, we literally had the entire village for ourselves.  Incredible experience.

This is a nice small self-service hotel with a beautiful view, a nice garden and close to the sea.

Nice place

Very basic accommodation with a superb view over the town. No soundproofing so bring earplugs. Bit surprised to find a shared bathroom as I had missed that on the booking (and I was trying to avoid due to Covid). Good contact free check in and out. Skipped their breakfast because of a superb bakery nearby - took that up to the tp of the mountain for an amazing breakfast.Parking is tricky - check Tanum' council's homepage to find the free parking (out of season) or the less expansive parking (in season). DON'T fall for the Easypark trap.
