From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff at Misty Hills were superb. What a lovely way to meet such lovely people. Welcoming flowers, flowers at breakfast and a flower blessing on departure. The rooms are simple but spotless and charming. The Sri Lankan curry was fantastic. We spent a lovely evening there. When we are in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again. Thankyou for a great stay

Simply fantastic

This is a converted house in to rooms. Very well maintained and served with warm hospitality. 
Best part is value for money. No where you get such luxuries services in such less price.
only one person take care of your all need so it I hassle free everything. I stayed here with my family and 2 kids and everything went much more then expected.
Out side of cottage there is a small lawn which I find excellent for meditation and enjoying outside hiss view with a cup of tea.
Much recommended place and great hospitality.

Beautiful Home Stay

Misty Hills is one of the best boutique hotel we stayed in, and clam area and relaxing. room a little bit small but very very clean and well organise also cosy and with great temperature control, the bath room is big comparing to the room and very clean and modern design you feel you don't want to leave the bath. We had to leave early to go to World end, so we told the guy their and he prepare to us breakfast for take away. when we woke up we found him waiting for us to give us everything we need before we leave and he accepted to check in late after we came back from our hike.

Feel like home

We took two rooms . Heaters were not enough . We were freezing . Heaters disconnect automatically at 6 am . It was raining all night and the roof top is made of metal so very noisy in addition to a local feast nearby . 
Staff is very friendly but couldn't help with the poor infrastructure of the place when it comes to the cold although this area most of the year is v cold . 
I would not go there again 

Very cold night for all of us

We stayed 2 nights at Misty Hills Cottage. The room was satisfactory. Both breakfast and diner were good.
The staff was excellent!!  We were received with flowers and a cup of tea. No matter what our wishes were, the staff immediately took care of it. When we left we forgot our folder but the staff immediately informed us by phone and brought the map to a meeting point down the hill.

A good base to visit Horton Plains.

Small-scale B&B with great service

The staff at this place is just amazing. Welcoming you with flowers, drink and a big smile. Great big room. Traveling with a child we had the room with direct garden access. That was perfect. The food was very god. All freshly made which means it takes some time, but just order up front. Only 3 guest rooms which makes it very quiet and private. We visited Pedro tea plantation, the water fall and Victoria park. Perfect place for 1 or 2 nights.
