Unfortunately due to Covid 19 I was unable to make my trip to Sri Lanka and stay at this hotel,but I have to say as soon as I made the booking I received a WhatsApp message from Prabath, the manager offering to pick me up at the station at 9pm.He also was so kind as to book the blue train from Kandy to Ella,and back again to Colombo for me at his own expense.'Just pay me back when you get here',he said. He also phoned me in the UK offering me travel advice.For a seasoned traveler I must say this is unprecedented to me. I am so sorry that I couldn't make this trip at this time but one day I will,and the first place I will look up is this one and this very kind and friendly man.Thankyou Prabath
