EXTERIOR is closed from Thu 15 Sept 2022 until Thu 01 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The key collection office hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please note that the spa will be closed on 24, 25, 26, 31 December, 01 January and from the 18th to 23rd of February. The Spa area, gym, indoor pool, etc., will reopen to guests from 11-19-2021, it is open from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. These hours may vary due to new restrictions, capacity limitations, etc. so we ask guests to contact us if they need information before making the reservation. The use of a swimming cap and slippers is still mandatory.
