Valentin Park Apartments are great value for money. The apartment was clean and tidy. The steps up from the main hotel are not that big of a deal.Valentin Park complex as a whole is very nice. There are 3 bars including the Apartment block bar and multiple food options throughout the day. The food is really nice as well with plenty of choice. The staff were all friendly and good humoured and the animation team were great with the kids.
All in all unless you are someone who goes looking for faults (they are out there) this is excellent value

Excellent value

Great hotel in very good shape, extremely clean and with an excellent selection of food (we had half pension). The staff were very dedicated and friendly, especially with our six year old son with whom they liked to joke around.
It has been our second time and we would love to come again.

Ideal for families

We have had the best time ever food was fantastic lots of choice .we were in the apartments so plenty of room ,it was nice and quite ,the cleaning lady did a wonderful job. They also had good entertainment most nights .we were the only English there which we found different but in a good way . We will defiantly be going back x

Fantastic

We have just completed 2 weeks family holiday.On the whole everything was fine accommodation, food and especially staff.We were in the apartments and the climb up 2 or 3 times a day was a killer.Although there was a lovely pool it was impossible together a sunbed after 9 30 am.This was due to people reserving  the same ones every day often 4 or 5 for a family.All the pools were the same despite notices .

One small detail 

On very short notice, my husband and I decided on a week on Mallorca and found a good offer for this hotel. Its only a three star hotel and the apartments are separated from the main building by ca. 62 steps which have to be taken to get to the restaurant...BUT this is the friendliest and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to! The service is commendable. 
The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped (LR, BD, Bath and Kitchenette with 2-burner stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker) and wonderfully quiet (nestled in an attractive residential area). Anyone looking for more action is free to use the facilities of the hotel (down the 62 steps).
The food is delicious, there are various supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance...the gently sloping sandy beach a five minute walk down the hill. The apartment building has two pools, the hotel a larger, more modern pool with snack bar.
Paguera is conveniently located with good public bus transportation to Palma and Andratx .
We will CERTAINLY and GLADLY be back!

Worth every Step!

We are staying at the moment in the hotel and dreaming of check out and come back from this holiday. So, we are staying in the apartments on the hill where is quite a lot of steps up/down. In our apartments 2 adults and 1 child, room number 462. The view is nice and quite. As I travel quite a lot , and usually choose 4 or 5 star hotel but this hotel we choose cos we are with a child and wanted a family hotel with child splash swimming pool. And NEVER AGAIN. 
- NOT MUCH FOOD. 
2 dishes of potatoes, 2 dishes of pasta, no salad at all, fresh vegetables like plastic, 1 dish of meat and 1 of fish. Olives, marinated cucumber. 
-Buffet service. Very rude. On first arrival day I've asked if we could have a table close to window but buffet mng old man answered what he is busy and we could ask him next time. "GRATE SERVICE FROM BUFFET MANAGER ". 
Today when we finished our breakfast we took a little plate with dry fruits and same person have told us what we can't take it with us for us, for our little one. And ask give him back. Well, we did it. And after a while I've seen he took from this plate dry fruits with a hand and put it back.
POOR CLEANING SERVICE.
Today our 5th day and room was cleaned once and towels never changed. 
DANGEROUS FACILITIES 
As I am quantity surveyor I am telling you it's very unsafe place. Today is bad weather, raining, and liking is everywhere. In the buffet, in the reception, in apartments building. 
CHILDREN FACILITIES 
There are playground for the children with a few slides. They are not in working condition, you can't slide on it.
KEYS 
Have you seen somewhere that for 2 adults in the room you have been given only one key for the room,for second pair you must pay deposit. Forget about sliding card, old staff-keys.
SAFE
Is it from 80s? :D and do not think is a number lock. 
Well, definitely I will write more when we finish our stay in this hotel.
