I had a very pleasant stay at NH Madrid Ventas. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Dani, who went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay. The hotel is in a great location — easy to reach by metro and well-connected to different parts of the city, making it ideal for both leisure and business trips. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, yet close enough to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated how tidy and fresh the common areas were. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and service offered. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability in Madrid.
