We had the pleasure of staying at H10 Villa de la Reina during our recent trip to Madrid, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautifully decorated and its location on Gran Vía is absolutely perfect—central and within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, not only during check-in but throughout our stay whenever we had questions. We stayed in a Classic Gran Vía Room, which was stylish, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space for our clothes and luggage, and the bathroom small but cosy and well-equipped. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was sufficient for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless every day. Thank you so much! And it continues: the breakfast was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh options, constantly replenished by a team of friendly and attentive staff. To top it all off, we were surprised with a lovely gesture in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special. Thank you to the entire team at H10 Villa de la Reina for making our trip unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!
