My wife and I stayed at Hostel La Frontera the night before we started the Camino Ingles. At the price we paid we could not have asked for anything more. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the most powerful that I had every used. We had a good nights sleep and a coffee in the morning before setting out on our walk. La Frontera is not the Ritz but it gives excellent value for money.
