First: I charge us 30 euros more for not arriving at the latest at 2pm on the first day of booking. We couldn't arrive before the hour because we had come from a very far distance. Second: We had to bring our own towels. I consider that having towels is part of the rent of the property as a minimum, and if we compare it with the price of the apartment... but we have to have. Third: The chain of a broken toilet. Fourth: The hot electric bathroom and we could only shower a few at the same time or all in different francs of time. Fifth: the unwashed fridge on arrival, we could not put anything in the fridge on arrival. Sixth: at the beginning the treatment was like having an EXIVAMENTE apartment, then there was no effort to go directly. Third: The chain of a broken toilet. Fourth: The hot electric bathroom and we could only shower a few at the same time or all in different francs of time.

A disaster/ regrettable

I must say we were afraid to read the reviews just a day before our departure for Córdoba but once there the reality had nothing to do with the criticism of the apartments. The situation is good, a 15-minute walk from the Mosque-Catedral to which it is reached by a single street (although it has several names). A central but at the same time quiet area, with a good restaurant right next door and an excellent cafeteria for patients around the corner. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen has three bedrooms, microwave, refrigerators, cups, cups, dishes and kitchenettes.

Good condition and correct for short stays.

I don't know how they are not ashamed to hand over the keys to an apartment like this. when we entered we saw that the covers of the toilet cups were removed, and in the rooms the beds are stuffed, so much so that the doors of the cabinets cannot be opened. the living room tv was safe for more than 30 years, moreover, I doubt it will even work. the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable and I doubt much about its hygiene and cleanliness. the reception was terrible. in general, I would not recommend this place for the price it costs. we have been in many apartments in many places, and this difference with the price was the worst. in terms of quality, the price already depends on what you want.

What a piece of work!!!!

We stayed three nights, four friends and everything went very well, very kindly and all right. Next door is a café where we had a very good breakfast, and in the restaurant below we ate for 2 days. Everything is positive. It is not in the center, so it is very quiet, and getting to the center is a 12-minute walk.

The worst part is the reception: bad treatment, we were charged 30€ for arriving in the afternoon, there can't be that time, when we saw the boy there all afternoon. Our tide to arrive before the agreed time (8-9pm) and picked up the keys a friend before, who had to pay everything in cash, they didn't accept, credit card or wait for the rest of the group to take all the money. Then we saw that he was waiting for groups much later.

Location is the best, but we'll look elsewhere.

We booked an apartment for a family of 7. The place was very clean and tidy. Three rooms and two bathrooms so there was enough room for everyone. A couple of cafes and shops nearby. Free parking right outside but this can be tricky as many people will park outside, making it a bit hard to find a spot. They called us 2 days in advanced to make sure we were aware of check-in time as the reception is closed from 2-5pm. Wi-fi only accessible from the main building.

Nice apartment for a family/friends trip

Parked for no charge on street right in front of building. Got ground floor apartment - very clean and in excellent condition. My advance reservation confirmation said check-in until 7 p.m. - the office sent me a reminder 3 days in advance that I was arriving Sunday and the office was only open until 2 p.m. Helpful office staff. Close enough to walk through charming narrow old streets to historic Cordoba and tourist attractions (25 minutes walk).

Very good clean apartment

Stayed for just one night for a short stay in Cordoba. Luckily got a room on the ground floor otherwise it could be an ordeal carrying heavy luggage without an elevator.

Unpleasant experience #1: There was a really bad smell in the bathroom when we checked in, possibly from the bath drain. When we asked for bleach and poured into the drains, the bad odor faded away in an hour or so.

Unpleasant experience #2: Tried to boil some water in the kitchen and there must be something wrong with the stove. Took more than 10 minutes to boil.

Unpleasant experience #3: It was 4am in the morning when the door phone rang. There's no way anyone would come to find us so we ignored. It kept ringing for another 3 or 4 rounds. At 5am, someone went into the apartment and rang our door bell, and the next few rooms too. We didn't open up and there were some hassles outside. Security is questionable.

I normally book a hotel but this time, I tried to see the apartment, when I arrived the door of the building was locked, I left my family in the car and waited for him in the coffee shop near the apartment, After a period of time the owner come and I gave him my passport, I was surprised that the building without elevator, and there is no public parking as he mentioned in the website, so I told him help my with my luggage and to show my the nearest public car parking, I asked him about the wifi password and he said he will give it to me, then he said to me wait, and gone to another side of the road for his friend who was waiting for him, and left without giving me the wifi password or helping me with my luggage and he did not tell me where is the nearest public car parking that if there's any.
So I couldn't stay like this, and I headed to nearest hotel and we stayed in the hotel, next day I went to him again and I said to him that you are coward and a liar and Sneaky How to leave me and run away in that situation Despite all this, gave him money for one night and I told him that he does not deserve because he is a liar.

For the sake of all those who wish to book in these apartments to be careful not to believe in a liar.
