Really enjoyed my time at the Roc. It is in a lovely setting, with great beaches nearby. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food, breakfast and dinner. The salads, vegetables and ish particularly. One criticism is that it food labelling could be clearer for non meat eaters. Some of the salads had meat hidden in . Labelling things as vegetarian would be helpful. 
The room was spacious, but disappointingly I think we had virtually the only room with no sea view at all. We were in the old building faving the road. I would have loved a sea view . The beds were 2 singles pushed together, kept falling down the gap in the middle. When there were faults with the room, the shower and wardrobe door, the maintenance responded very quickly.
Best bit being able to get straight into the sea from the hotel, particularly early morning for sunrise swim. 

Lovely hotel

Well after reading some reviews on here I was apprehensive about the visit to this hotel!

So happy we stuck with the booking as it turned out to be absolutely amazing. We booked a double room with sea view and wasn’t disappointed. The hotel is huge with many different levels and chill out areas.

Pool area and pools were clean and fresh. 

The access to the sea really is an impressive feature and swimming from the hotel premises was great.

Breakfast each morning had a great selection and catered for everyone from hot breakfast to cereal, fruits, cava, it really did have everything.

Yes the hotel isn’t the newest but it had loads of character. There is a picture in reception that shows the hotel in 1954 and you can see where they have extended the hotel over the years.

My only comment would be that there are a lot of steps and not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Finally David at the pool snack bar!!!! Friendly and always a positive attitude. Excellent 5 stars. If he runs out of any ingredients for cocktails he will create one of his special magical cocktails…..I had a brilliant champagne mojito ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing hotel 5 stars

No stay here is complete without visiting the shack by the pool. Here you will find the most charming and welcoming member of staff. Unlike the grumpy omelette man. 
Nothing is too much for David to make for you. If he runs out of an ingredient, he will come up trumps with another concoction. I had the best frozen margarita I have ever tasted. The guy is worth his weight in gold and is well deserved for a pay rise in my opinion. 


The best cocktail maker/barman in Mallorca

The Roc Illetas is very beautiful! It is modern but also lovingly decorated with beautiful antiques. The 3 houses are built on the slope, ergo there are different levels connected by stairs underground and by the well-groomed garden. The staff are friendly, helpful, quick problem solving (e.g. for save programming, technicians for TV setup/ dishes for your own meals etc.) The buffets were class-class morning/evening including fresh preparation of hot meals as well as a corner of Spanish specialties.

Roc Illetas is a fantastic hotel.

The Hotel it is beautiful and the Room, breakfast, dinner, the SPA, 
 Pool and the view  was fantastic. The best holiday's we enjoyed everything. Thanks for all the staff too. Thank you very much.....

Very good 

The hotel is perfectly integrated into the landscape. Nice reception hall. Sea view room with large balcony. Beautiful swimming pool with sea view too. Direct access to the sea (but no beach). Good cocktails at the swimming pool bar. Very good breakfast, rich and varied. As well as dinner (buffet). Location near Mallorca. Bus in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very well located with incredible views, the reception team is very professional, and I must mention: Ming, Alex, Marc, Sergio, Linda, Cristobal, Joan and Bily.

Had an absolute lovely stay at the Roc hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Spa is definitely worth a visit. Snack bar is great. All staff were amazing especially David at the pool bar best cocktails in Mallorca. 
Free bus into portals nous and Palma at 18:45 which is fantastic. 100% worth a visit

Great staff, great food and the best cocktails

We had such a lovely stay a this beautiful hotel. The view is incredible, the food was amazing and the staff were so lovely. The cocktail barman David made our stay - he makes the best cocktails in Mallorca! 

Beautiful hotel!

We selected the ROC Illetas & SPA Hotel based on the recessions and the hotel images (rooms). Unfortunately, the pictures (significantly retouched) and the recessions didn't have much to do with reality either. Rooms (suite sea view) were very crowded. Balcony or terrace door damaged (closed). Bathroom smelled like a toilet. Elevator was partly disgusting. Stairs (tiles) were largely broken. The view of the sea was positive. Pool area was also not really standard. Everywhere it was broken from tiles.
