Please note that all the check-in with the presence of our receptionist after 19:00 are subject to late check-in fee of EUR 35.00 (EUR 50.00 euro after 23:00 till 1:00). Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Gaudi Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Extra fees to be paid in cash on the arrival:

Obligatory cleaning fee: EUR 35.00.

Obligatory city tax of Barcelona (EUR 0.715 per person per night).

All customers must show original or a copy of their passport. Guests must pay a deposit on arrival to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out and is subject to inspection by the property to assess whether there has been any damage.
