Very nice hotel. The public areas are stunning, particularly the reception, bar and outdoor pool areas. The views are really good. 
The rooms are very nice but the corridors leading to the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment, they are quite shabby. 
The food is what you'd expect of a 4 star all inclusive hotel. Some things never taste as good as in England .... tea, all elements of the cooked breakfast. Quality of the food could be improved a bit. They need to make teapots available at breakfast to avoid long queues at the drinks machines. On arrival at the restaurant there were often very few available tables set with cutlery. The A la Carte dining in the outdoor pool bar was disappointing due to a lack of expected presentation. 
Staff were very friendly and it was easy to find sun loungers in a good location. The evening entertainment was good and the hotel entertainment team work very hard.

Nice hotel

I stayed here at the start of January 
First night one resident got arrested for me drunk (which the hotel served ) 
Then asked if I could move rooms as I’m not good with heights from the 7th floor 
Was offered the 8th floor as my option 
One french man was openly filming people around the pool 
I challenged the hotel management as was told it was his phone 😡
Ramos the hotel manager is not approachable unless you speak fluent Spanish 
I’d never stay here again 
Put me off ever going abroad

As previous people have said the staff just cram u into any space free..
Not a proper pitch...
We left after 1 night n moved to another better site..
Girl in reception was rude, do have to say though the bar man was lovely n tried his best to understand our requests at dinner.. 
Small , crammed inn rude staff would not return..
Toilet roll costs very little update your toilets..!!!!

I visited this hotel 20-28 December i was extremely happy with the helpfulness of the staff and being disabled i was happy with how they had no bother going out of their way for me to make sure i was always ok. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay the food was out of this world and the room was spotless and had a beautiful view. The christmas decorations were outstnading they went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable experience for their guests.

Amazing service and food, helpful staff

We have just returned from two weeks travelling in a camper van along the north coast of Spain, staying in 4 excellent campsites along the way, but this one was our favourite. It is a lovely clean, fairly small and friendly site on its own, but it's location is spectacular. Overlooking and with direct access onto a fantastic large sandy beach and clean clear water, we wished we could have stayed here longer. Friendly welcome on arrival, the toilets, showers and washing facilities were all kept very clean and tidy. There is a well stocked supermarket on site and a nice bar/restaurant with a terrace overlooking the beach. Isla is a nice quiet little town to walk into (although it is quite a steep hill to climb up along the road to get there). Very highly recommended site. We will be returning

Camping along the North Coast

This place is very calm with not so crowded beach. People at reception very kind and helpful. The place is awesome, lot of hidden beaches and secret places around. Only 25€ for 2 people in a tent and lot of place. Nice restaurant on the top of a cliff nearby.

Super place

Beautiful hotel, staff always so polite & friendly this is our 2nd full day went down for breakfast which is amazing, took our towels but again no free sunbeds, advised not to reserve beds but everyone has been taken, fuming as its too hot to sit at the pool bar and uncomfortable, NOT happy

I thought the staff at reception was really rude! They was useless when we asked them questions and they wasn't very welcoming! The actually hotel it self was really nice and beautiful. The food wasn't to good and maturity of the time the food wasn't labeled so I ate what I thought was chicken and it was fish and I really can't eat fish as it makes me sick! At lunch times they would close half of it ( I don't know why) and we wasn't aloud to sit outside so we both got a plate of food and we was walking around 15mins and couldn't find anywhere to sit so in the end we just put our plates down and went!The swimming pools were really nice and really looked after and the pool bar was good. You can help yourself to drinks even slush puppies and ice creams and they have a snack bar. The entertainment team was brilliant! I just found they only spoke to French peopl so they would walk past us and not even hello but if someone was French they would say hello! I think they work very hard and are good at what they do and the man doing his break dancing is brilliant! He has so much energy. The evening shows were really good especially for kids! They had a parrot show, bird show and a snake show! The cleaners were brilliant! They would even fold my clothes up and and fold my pjs up and put them on my pillow! They did a really good job
