we were cycling de ruta de la plata, and wanted to stay in this hotel. We asked (in spanish) for a triple room, were told there was a room available, but when we asked if we could see it, the janitor said in a very rude tone that we were too dirty (sucios), and couldn't go up to see the room. For the record, we are in our sixties, had cycled an asphalt road all day, and were absolutely spotless. We thought we had misunderstood, but he kept refusing to show us the room, repeating that we were too dirty...Never in my life have I been treated so rudely. Needless to say we left the place, fuming with anger.

the rudest ever

Not sure why Trip Advisor classifies this 2* Hotel as a 'B&B` as there is no breakfast available. 
Good: Location,  price,  quaint decor. Public parking outside. 
Bad: NO HOT WATER at 10 pm when we wanted to shower; bed in twin room too short,  only about 170 cm. ; very unhelpful reception man,  who apparently knew nothing about the town nor restaurants,  and didn't want to help. 
We won't be back!
