Super clean, excellent service, really recommend.

This is a standard motel located next to the 5 star St. John hotel. It’s in the beach front but just outside the busy area with many coffee shops and restaurants. Nothing much to say other than it’s good place to spend a night for around 30 bucks for a room. Bed and the pillow were not very comfy. Room had all basic necessities including 2 water bottles.  Room had a strong smell because they use strong chemicals for cleaning.  Room view was just a road and some farmlands. I wished I could stay in a nicer room with the sea view in another hotel/motel in the more busy area of the beach front. There are many guesthouses and motels located in the beach front.

Good motel

The check in was quick and the room was clean and nice. The hotel is walking distance to the beach albeit somewhat of distance to the town, but a nice sea-side walk. From the bus station it's about a USD6 or 7 ride.The best part of the stay were the staff - very helpful. Although only one spoke English, he was available by phone when needed. I had a question about getting to another city about 10 or 11 at night, not only did he give me information that the tourist information person didn't (made life easier), he even went to the train station to get me the schedule! It was certainly not necessary but tremendously appreciated. When I checked out the next morning, I requested a taxi - instead someone drove me to the train station (without charge) b/c the taxi would've taken too long!Overall, a very good and positive experience. I would certainly stay here again and do recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff

The room was OK, and the staff were quite helpful. The best thing about the hotel was that it is just one minute's walk from a very nice, quiet beach.

Paradisical location

Very calm and peaceful place. Hotel workers are nice and polite. I think I will use the hotel service next vacation too!

I stayed here for two nights during a weekend break. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The hotel was fairly basic but had everything one could possibly need. The location was ideal and very peaceful. Just a 5 minute walk down to the busier stretch of the beach. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough to help us. They were always available with tips and advice and always willing to assist us. A wonderful experience all around. Highly recommended!
