Amazing location, cleanliness. Noisy Friday night but with understanding :-) "Thousands" of restaurants and shop around 10 min by walk from apartment. Strong wifi connection. Fully equipped apartment for long stay also. Great choice.

Great Suite to stay

The place was extremely clean, beautiful and so quiet and I want to go there again in December. I want to book the place again with my family. The treatment from the owners was good including communication

Clean, lovely and secure place. Centrally located if partying is a priority.  
The downside to it, is that the TV channels are too limited (no supersport channels, only channel 200, no kiddies channels too).

708 Flatrock apartments

Had an awesome stay at FlatRock 708, the place is very clean, well furnished, with state of the art furniture. The Security is of the best and the staff very friendly and helpful. The host Brad, was friendly, helpful and showed a lot of trust. would have loved to have a better DSTV package, especially more sport..

My stay in this accommodation was very good. Great location, super attentive hosts and an apartment with all the necessary amenities.I would definitely recommend the accommodation as it does not lie in the publicity that is made.

Stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Apartment is very well equipped and decorated nicely. It was clean and the gentlemen who let us in was very helpful. Having a secured parking spot was very convenient. Mostly enjoyed our stay aside from a few things such as there only being one aircon in the entire apartment which wasn't very effective. The view was not good. The cleaning fee that's included in the quote is only for when you have checked out. So I had to pay an additional fee for a clean during the week which was expensive. Hospitality from the owners were okay. 

All in all was a good stay but nothing out of the ordinary.

708 Flatrock Stay

Flat is nice and central. The owner is totally unresponsive and wont have any decency to message you back after you have left the flat. Unfortunately I stored my passports in the bread tin and forget about them when booking out. I only realised it after a few days. I messaged/called the owner and told him exactly where the passports were (in the bread tin on the kitchen top). He said that the cleaners found nothing and didn’t even try to double check.
Luckily I stayed on in Cape Town visiting friends. I decided to visit the flat myself as the owner isn’t  reliable at all. I found my passports in the bread tin where I stashed them.
The cleaners obviously didnt check thoroughly.
What a disgusting experience. My fault totally but you will think the owner will show some compassion and double check or at least return messages or answer his cell.
Don’t expect any reply once you’ve checked out.

Extremely  noisy location situated above a night club with thumbing music and raucous laughter  going on untill 6 am in the morning. Rented 2 bedroom suite and only 1 bedroom had air conditioning the other room didn't  even have a fan. To top it all off the DSTV did not work and in this regard  received no assistance from PROPR. the managing agents. No curtain or blind on main bedroom door resulting in having sunlight  in the room at 5 am in the morning.

Never again

This cockroach infested apartment really doesn’t meet up to the reviews it had. The floor in the bedrooms had loose boards, no plugs in the basins in the kitchen. The plugs in the basins in the bathrooms didn’t work properly. Limited kitchen utensils which didn’t match. Smoke stains on the roof on the balcony. Surely that could be washed off. Decor in the flat was poor and showed little taste. One couldn’t use the air conditioner as it leaked water. The noise from the surrounding nightclubs is terrible and one cannot sleep properly at night.
