The worst place I have never visit. I don't understand how in 21 century this kind of hotel in Slovakia hasn't been closed by competant authorities! Dirty dirty dusty and with horrid decor. I haven't got problem with dated furniture and decor but at least should be clean. We bought voucher without checking tripadvisor. It was pretty good deal 2 nights with wellness and half board for 90eur. If I knew I wouldn't pay even 10eurs. On our arrival day/evening receptionist rushed us to go to dinner which is served from 5.30pm till 7.30pm. Restaurant was empty, table clothe and wooden walls dirty. The dinner was cooked probably 2 days ago and the same with breakfast and dinner next day. You need to chose your meal in advance .... when we pointed it out waitress told us that she had student helping who she didn't check it afterwords. Room very dirty and lots of cobwebs. I bought voucher to spend 2 romantic days in this hotel with my wife, however it was really big mistake,I would say a nightmare. Terrible food, rude staff, old fashioned room, poor wellness. It's not worthy at all and the best part was leaving "hotel".

Avoid hotel and you can save your money, time and nerves.

I was here 3 years ago with my husband and dogs. This year we visited this hotel again and we'll plan to spend our holiday in the future. Staff is very friendly. We had half board, was tasty, a bit monotonous, poor choice. Standard rooms are smaller, daily cleaning. Furniture is rusty, but comfortable. Hotel is guarded. Now is building -up close to hotel. Beautiful view is from higher floors. We were in the third floor and we saw Bojnice castle. Wellness is possible like massages and jacuzzi. Hotel is situated near spa with huge park, there are swimming pools and more therapeutic procedures. There are ZOO and Bojnice castle. Shopping possibility you can find in Prievidza, 2 km long - 30 minutes by walk. I recommend this hotel for friendly staff, perfect location. Hotel is dog friendly and this is big advantage for me.

Rude staff, old room, cold water in the evening, barking dog early, receptionist didn't care about our complains, just rudely responding, food disguisting, not even possible to pick from the card because they dont cook besides breakfast and dinner!!!, wellness not fulfilling any standards, wifi not working. Don't waste your time, money and nerves.

Veľmi drzí personál, recepčná veľmi drzá, keď sme jej povedali, že nám večer netiekla teplá voda a že nás ráno 2x zobudil brechajúci pes, jedlo otrasné a čerešnička, že ani nevaria, nedá sa vybrať z menu, štandardy 3*** nesplnaju ani nahodou, kupili sme si zlavovy kupon, ale sme hlboko sklamaní, rozhodne neodporucame

Don't waste your money // nemrhajte peniazmi

1. The staff didn't know english and it was impossible to understand each other 
2. Food was horrible , and i am not mean at all 
3. On New Year's eve we have recieved a poor wine and again desgusting food 
4. One GOOD ASPECT is that in the room was warm 
If you are looking for some good conditions this is NOT the appropiate hotel !!! 
The location is nice but that's it 
I will not come back ever again !

HORRIBLE FOOD

WE bought 2 nights with a coupon and.....WORST place i have ever been. like a nightmare! insects in the room. No room service at all. Breakfast was really low quality and dinner even worse. We had stomach problems after that. People woriking in the hotel do not care about anything you say and the manager is very arrogant. Of course nobody spoke english.
The hotel is situated in an old building from the old communism time and i am still wondering how it can be still working.

horrible experience!

It's a very medium-sized hotel, built in the socialist period. And since then, the hotel has hardly been renovated. Old furniture, as well as old lamp TVs. Overall, the entire interior of the hotel is quite scattered. The only positive point is free parking for cars in front of the hotel.

A small hotel.

Very unhappy and arrogant hotel manager. He was there all four days in the same sweaty shirt. We were watching on the reception TV (RTL program) - suddenly a waiter came and the TV just turned off before our noses. The hotel manager called and then told us that no one in his hotel would like to hook up with German and the TV would be turned off and gone....
