I was there during EXIT festival. 5 stars for the staff and the location! They helped me and gave me all informations that I needed! We will se you in the future! Anything you need just ask to them and they will help you. Great job Dusan 

The prices for your staying in this hostel are more than acceptable regarding the fact that the place is situated in the very centre of the city. That allows you to go sightseeing or other activities in many nearby facilities without any additional transportation costs.

The place is family run business with very kind and useful staff that provides information regardless whether they're concerning staying in hostel or any other issues you may encounter.

I have been there for last few days and would come back again for sure.

small hostel managed by a friendly couple. the wife was not good in English but very enthusiastic and helpful. excellent location just behind central hotel. old town just across the road and tourist office just within stone throw away.

The staff was very friendly and kind with us, the room was good for the money, the location is top. If you travel with car there is a problem with parking places, but there is paid parking nearby, in just 2 minutes from the hostel.

Can be good if you do not want to spend too much time at your accomodation. Very good location.
Rooms on the first floor are nice and comfortable. Rooms on the main floor are typical hostel rooms, not the best. 
There are small kitchens with some equipments, common bathrooms. In general simple, but clean.

Do not stay here. This is a very dangerous place; inside is as dirty and dark as is outside. It's basically a falling down shack of a place. The male owner is a racist who screams abuse about Americans and NATO, physically grabs and assaults female guests. He screams homophobic and  racial slurs in his barely understandable English.  DO not stay here. Truly dangerous man, disgusting place, no covid protocols taken, no protocols taken of any kind, dirty and dangerous. Avoid at all costs. Should not be listed as a potential property

Worst place on earth

I was appalled by the rudeness of the hostel staff. The ''gentleman'' has no business sense. I called to ask for additional information and he mocked me for asking questions. Please do not write ''friendly and helpful staff'' on your page if this is not the case. This man told me he was too busy since he had a customer in front of him, so I understood he didn't want my business. In short, he is on his way to SHORT-TERM business ''success'' for his hostel.

The best part is that I gave my services to another accommodation. I am coming to Novi Sad often with a group, so we know where to look and where not to look for a hostel during our monthly visits in Novi Sad! Thank you for the staff for making my decision an easy one.
