Near gate 16, which is good for both men’s & ladys. Hotel was brilliant all round for the price, we were family of 6 with eldest 65 & youngest 2 years and all of us had a brilliant stay, the staff were really nice and helpful.

Will definitely stay again if I get the chance. Thank you to all the staff for looking after our family!!

Perfect location 

The location was the only perfect part to this hotel as it was close to gate 16 of masjid nabwi which is near the women’s gates. The rooms were dated and cramped especially sharing with 3 people, however the room service was good for my mother who wasn’t not well enough to leave the room on occasions. 

Good location but dated rooms 

So far they have overdone themselves with professionality and hospitality, excellent place to stay, great for all occasions, clean rooms, good facilities, the staff are experienced and professional to cater to all your needs.
I have brought friends, family, colleagues and all enjoyed the stay.
Stop by, you won't regret it.
Try out their restaurant, it's quite tasty. 

Stay #2 Excellent 

it a beautiful hotel near the Majid easy too get to friendly staff and very clean   the stay was really nice no issues
the buff breakfast was at high stranded  and staff were help full and  I highly remand tis hotel hard to get booking so book well in advise to be grand booking 

Grand Mercure Madina

Very poor customer service, breakfast management have hawkish eyes, very uncomfortable. Bathrooms dangerous for elderley and children's, 7 ft high fixed wall showers, children had hot water constantly  difficult for them to reach shower head. Room and bed hygiene not good.

Brand names and franchise hotels have minimum standard's. This hotel let us down.

Budget HOTEL , not 4/5 star, good LOCATION

Stayed for 1 night to celebrate my birthday with friends. Staff are so friendly and accompdating esp. Ms. Anna Yakunina and Wynta upon checked-in and checked.out. The room was huge and perfect for friends. Surely i will recommend to my friends and family.

Best hotel!

The hotel is located in a very convenient place to stay in Madina for Umrah or Hajj purpose as it is very close to the Mashjeday Nawabe, in fact very close to gate 17 and it is a walking distance, the hotel is pretty good for the pricing, the rooms are quite big, bathroom is also good, the breakfast is pretty lavish, quite a big choice, overall it a a good hotel to stay in Madina...

Umrah Hajj.

The hotel itself is average at best. The rooms are dated/tired and in dire need of being renovated. The buffet was also average, but the location is excellent (very close to Al Haram).

Overall, a thumbs in the middle since location is vital if your there for religious purposes (which most likely will be the case).

Average (budget) rooms in an excellent location

I stayed here for one night only.  I flew in Madina early morning, although the checkin does not start before 7am for early checkin requests as well, but the hotel accommodated me with minimum waiting, i had booked a queen bed room, but they offered me a twin and i happily accepted because i was here only for a night, and most of my time was to be spent at the Haram.  The hotel charged my card full amount, although i used my accor points towards the payment.  After contacting the Accor and hotel management, I got refund of the payment charged in access.  The customer service was excellent and fully corporate with me in all matters.
