The worst hotels I have stayed in. Staff say 4 star but I would award 1 star. Rude, unfriendly front reception staff. Don't speak English. 
The room was not even cleaned, very dirty. Took video of the place. Do not stay here

Terrible service and room

I check in the hotel and no towels at bathroom, called the housekeeping immediately for the towels only receipt next day despite reminder them by call or talk to the person in charge in the counter. Room is nice, the shuttle bas to Haram is realible.

Need to improve on services

The lobby and reception are of the hotel give you the image that the hotel is really good and luxurious. That's probably the only good thing because we found the rooms to be bog standard. The rooms hadn't been vacuumed, nor was there sufficient toiletries. 
Transport links to and from the Grand Mosque were atrocious. The bus dropped us off quite a few miles from the mosque. And there was no transport back. 
On the plus side, the Egyptian receptionist who served us was very welcoming.

Could be better

Positive reviews;
● Some English speaking staff members at front desk were very friendly and helpful. 
● Provided spacious rooms and hotel was clean.

Negative reviews;
●Delayed check out procedure due to some staff members insisting on making 3000 riyals more payment!. 
Their administration did not process correctly on system the payment I made earlier. 30 minutes later they did find payment was made rightly by us.

In effect of this we missed our taxi to get to Madinah. 

The hotel however were not particularly bothered about the inconvenience they caused us. Neither did they offer to compensate for our loss as we had to pay extra to get another taxi due to their fault. 

Lastly one of the non English speaking staff members hurled abuses towards us (thinking we did not understand their language) and this was challenged by us, on which another staff member apologised on his behalf.

Extra payment charges

Not clean, very bad service, terrible food, there is nothing good here. Even wi-fi is bad

Formen service is very bad, laundry is very bad, bathrooms are dirty 

Generaly room service is very bad, the reception always saying that No İnternet
