What was bad

there were a ton of mosquitos from construction outside. when I complained to reception about over 10 bites and an allergic reaction, the woman just said to plug in the bug repeller, and then proceeded to ignore me for other guests, when I was having a health issue from the bites. her lack of empathy was disturbing. also the rooms STINK because of the water in the toilet, the pipes are old and you can truly smell all prior dumps back to the city's founding.
