Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The building may be undergoing renovation work.
Check-in is available around the clock. Check-in time is after 03:00 PM, check-out before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
Contactless check-in is provided using the Flatsharing application. The guests sign an electronic contract and attach passport photos. After that, the application will contain detailed instructions on how to check in.
Accounting documents are provided (16% of the value of the receipt).
Only the number of guests indicated in the booking can stay.
Celebrations, photo and video shooting are possible only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
The apartments are not rented for parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. In case of ash and tobacco odor detection, the deposit is not refunded.

For stays of more than 1 week, mandatory cleaning and linen change are provided.
