What was good

Perfect location. Good size and comfortable apartment.

What was bad

The communication with the host was difficult, the number was fake and I had to end up asking for support of Ostrovok to check in. To pay by cash (my only option currently since I'm a foreign tourist) they made me go to a place around 1 hour away by metro instead of giving an easier option. The electric kettle was broken. There were 2 days that the hot water wasn't working, I sent a message and they didn't answer. Later I sent another question and they saw the message but didn't answer. Very

    What was good

    1 minute from Arbat street and close to 2 Metro stations. It's the perfect location.

    Spacious clean, quiet and everything is there. Fully equipeed kitchen and washing machine. Big bed.

    Very good service... they gave good instructions despite me not speaking russian. And then we arranged an extension of my stay, which they also helped me with.
