Guests have at their disposal apartment with two loggias with stained-glass windows, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the territory — underground parking and a closed courtyard.

In the bedroom, guests will find a bed with an orthopedic mattress, blackout curtains, hypoallergenic pillows and blankets and cotton linen. Next to the bed are bedside tables. In the second room there is another bed with an orthopedic mattress and a fold-out sofa. There is a TV with Smart TV function, as well as an additional application where you can watch movies and TV series.

The kitchen has a Xiaomi coffee machine, a dishwasher, a hob and a microwave oven, a refrigerator, dishes for cooking and serving, tea and coffee, sugar, spices, oil, special coffee capsules.

Bathroom with a tropical shower. Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, laundry gel, cotton towels of different sizes, disposable slippers and dental kits.

In the hallway area there is a closet with storage space for suitcases, clothes and things. Guests will find hangers for clothes, an iron, a hair dryer. Additional blankets and pillows will also be prepared in the closet. There is an umbrella near the entrance.
