I've booked a room at this hotel at the non-refundable rate. However due to unforseen circumstances had to move my move-in a week forward.
Not only the hotel management was completely unhelpful when asked to change the move-in date, but an administrator Denis found it important to condescendingly educate me on the difference between the refundable and non-refundable rates.
