What was bad

In the morning I was woken up by people trying to break into my room!!! I feared for my life!!! It is obvious that these criminals had gained access to this section of the building by stealing the keys from the mailbox. Not a safe place to stay!!! It was not in good condition, and could have been cleaner. When I wanted to check in I had to wait about three hours for the administrator to arrive.
