I loved this place! It was really close to the city center. We received detailed info about parking and arriving. We felt like home. Cozy place and intimate, if you like intimacy this is your place to stay! Great host, made us sanwiches for the road 😊

Cozy and intimate

Our stay at Goldsmith was average. Big room, great furniture, amazing yard and delicious breakfast, but my allergies didnt enjoy the mold and the dust. The host made sure we have everything we need, but i hope they try harder next time with the cleaning aspect.

Mold&dust

Excellent location in the old town within a few minutes of a walk are all attractions.
 Clean comfortable quiet room. 
Good breakfast of bread, croissant, cake, jam, butter, cereals, milk, orange juice, fruit, 
yogurt, ham, cheese, eggs taramasalata etc.
 There is free tea, coffee and schnapps, and  free cake in the Lobby 
.Our host were nice and pleasant and were very help full throughout our stay
We felt like at home, no doubt we will be back there again.

Home atmosphere

Goldsmith is located in Sibiu's oldest street so it's an authentic experience before you even go inside. The common area is warm and welcoming, with tea, coffee and schnapps to reinvigorate.  Our ground floor apartment had a little kitchen looking out to the courtyard, a modern bathroom and huge bedroom with creaky old wooden floor and tall windows. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a lovely wing chair with floor lamp for reading and a dressing table and mirror to keep things handy. Big closet, comfy couch. The bed is firm and comfortable with decent quality linen. From Goldsmith you can walk easily to Piata Mica for dinner at any one of several good restaurants. The train station is a level walk of about 700m, very easy even with rolling bags. Or a taxi will cost 5 lei. Alexandra is so helpful and friendly.

Lovely apartment close to everything

Very well located hotel in the heart of old Sibiu. The Goldsmith hotel is at 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Area was very cosy and peaceful. Staff was more than  welcoming. Receptionist, Alexandra was above all professional expectations. I strongly recommend this place knowing it's price, location and nice staff. 

Great place to stay 

Delightful stay in this unpretentious spotlessly clean family run comfortable B&B just 2 mins walk to the Piata Mica square. Very well situated to see the beautiful old town, museums and restaurants. Free home made apple and plum schnapps from their own garden! Would definitely stay again.
