We had a nice, cozy bungalow just 15 meters from the beach ...Very clean, parked the car on the property's parking lot, near our room. Didn't have any meal arrangements but you can have half board in Hotel Insula that is the same ownership as Amazon but you have to walk about 10 min ... the food is excellent ...

Just on the beach ...

To start with, the location is worth the price alone. You are literally staying on the beach as the water is just over a minute’s walk from the door. There are no buildings in the immediate vicinity, so your view towards the shore is not obscured. There is ample parking room and access is easy from the main street. The accommodations are fine, with everything you realistically need and expect at this price point - minus the really old-fashioned TV, but that’s nitpicking. The room was cozy and airy and even though the bathroom was a bit on the small side - the octagonal plan of the bungalows creates some packaging problems when it comes to interior space - everything was very clean and tidy. A big plus is the existence of a shared garden, that is fairly spacious with many places to gather around a table and even a fireplace. A small niggle would be that it could use some touching up to look as good as it can, but it is still a big plus to have at the price - it even has a great view over the lake in the back of the property. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. However, there is a second niggle. The room was not supplied with more than one roll of toilet paper and since the bungalows are managed by the hotel across the lake, there is no staff on call during the night. This being the case, we either had to make due until morning or go to the shops and try to find one that was open 24/7, which is not ideal considering the expectations. All in all, though, the experience was quite pleasant and we left quite convinced that we would return at some point.
