I had a wonderful 9-night stay at the Istria Hotel in Neptun (from July 5th to July 14th, 2023) and was truly impressed with the value it offered! The staff was very polite, and the hotel was impeccably clean, providing a serene and relaxing experience.

The room was lovely, simple, and had a charming retro touch, with a predominantly white color scheme. Smoking was allowed only on the balcony, which offered a beautiful view and had two chairs, a small table, and an ashtray. 

The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and majestic lime trees, with a beech oak reserve nearby.

Despite having only two stars, the Istria Hotel exceeded our expectations with the exceptional service provided by its staff (manager, receptionists, cleaning staff, and everyone else). 

The manager deserves special appreciation for being polite, kind, and always available to promptly and efficiently resolve any issues.

Would I return? Absolutely! 

We look forward to coming back to this hotel because of the excellent treatment we received and the outstanding quality/price ratio. The hospitality, positive attitude, and warm smiles from the hosts made our stay truly delightful. The comfort, tranquility, and serenity here made it feel like a true vacation!

Discover Tranquil Bliss at Hotel Istria in Neptun, Romania!

we stayed there for 10 nights last summer. Very good conditions for a 2*hotel.
New furniture, the administrators are very dedicated and they help with any extra request you may have.
5 min walk until you reach the sea, the hotel is situated near "Stejarii Brumari" - it's really a pleasure to walk from the hotel until the beach.
we will, for sure, return each year at this hotel as the value for money it's great.

Great value for money!

The building is quite old, but the administrators took good care of it. The furniture was new, the room was clean and the employees were nice, the only problems were the size of the rooms and that typical smell of old places that didn't vanish. Taking into consideration the affordable prices and the excellent position, close to the beach and shops, I think this is a fine place to stay comparing the price to the quality of the services if you are not very picky.

Good conditions and great position

A clean hotel, well positioned, generally it looks very old. The appartment had new furniture mixed with old sofa and chairs. It has a specific smell+/-. There is tv, large fridge, a/c. Plenty of parking places. No elevator.
