This hotel does not deserve 3 stars, the room smell very strong of cigarettes although it is not a smoking room, the shower does not working and is dirty, the toilet does not flow water, and for 3 people we have just 1 towel.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY  IF YOU CAN

A very nice hotel in a great location. The view is splendid and the access to this hotel is quite facile. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious and despite we've encountered some small inconvenient ( WIFI just in the restaurant area, TV cable had no plug, a window doesn't close properly) ,overall it was a good experience.

Good place

Stayed at the wolf for a couple of nights, and yes not bad at all, rooms were adequate, clean and great views over Bran castle, the pool area was also great, wish they'd put coffee in the rooms though. 
Resturaunt. 
Okay mixed feelings on this the food was brilliant, traditional Romanian dishes which is what I wanted to experience were all very good and cooked to a great standard, the staff in the resturaunt were also friendly apart from one who I believe maybe the resturaunt manager, wow how one person can let down a great experience, bad attitude, not friendly, not bothered, stands there playing videos on his phone all evening, 21:00 we asked for a coffee before eating, just one coffee for a member of our group, the waitress went and asked him, he grinned at her and said "no coffee" seriously, he just could not be bothered, he wasn't welcoming, he made no interaction with customers, then around 23:00 he came out and sat with a random group of locals who turn up throughout the night and then puts the keys in and out of the door looking at us on every occasion because he wanted us to leave, when you walk in he just looks at you horrified basically because I think he's scared to do any work, I could see how he could come across as quite intimidating, actually it was embarrassing for our friends who go there every year as a family group and had spoken very highly of the resturaunt, I can actually see the reason the restaurant was empty every night now, not good. 

Yes and No 

The hotel seemed dirty. It had junk all around the outer area of the hotel. It snowed the night we were there and as we were taking pictures we had to try to not have junk that was in piles next to the building in our pictures. There was someone at the service desk at check in but after we were checked we went down to the front desk and no one was around. WiFi was not available it would show a connection but wouldn't work in the rooms, but worked fine the the lobby area. The restaurant next door was a bit pricey and service was very slow.  There's a grocery story next to the hotel as well.

We stayed for 5 days in the middle of the week.
We were stayed at this hotel on the 2nd floor.
The view from our room was extra ordinary...
My suggestion is to take the room to the front of the hotel... (parking lot... yes yes..)

Very nice an peaceful place with great views on the mountains

Excellent services for this price range.
Big rooms, clean bathroom, very good food and coffee.
In the room it was quite hot when we checked-in but we very easily turned off the radiator and the temperature returned to normal.I liked the cozy moquette, the two armchairs, the spacious wardrobe and the good size refrigerator. 

The buffet breakfast (included in the room price) had everything you need ( except maybe some herbal tea - they only had black and green tea).
We also had a 50 RON voucher to use at lunch or dinner.

All rooms come with pool access.

Overall this was a very good stay but I'm giving it 4 stars due to some minuses:
wolf 1 has no receptionist and you have to walk to wolf 2 and back for check-in and check-out; the furniture and the doors had quite some wear and tear marks and scratches; the attention to small details seem to be missing: the TV had a puncture hole in the plastic cover, 2 light bulbs were burned out, the high lamp had no power socket to plug it in, the bathrooms in the restaurant were quite cold.
