What was good

The staff was friendly but lack the feeling of going above and beyond or the interest of making your guest feel welcomed instead of being just a job.

What was bad

It was fine but with no microwave and no fridge, I feel that I missed those things. I was traveling with a baby and to warm up a bottle having to go to a different floor out of my room found it a little impersonal. No fridge in the room also made it hard for me since have a medical condition, I need the fridge to store my medication. The option they gave me was that they would leave the cafeteria open for me to be able to access my own medications. It’s in the first floor, I was on the third. Having to go downstairs for a medical treatment or if I had an emergency it was to dangerous for me to do. Had to buy a mini fridge to make dues for my trip. All in all they can do better the rooms have the space for extra things to commentate their guest. Never changed the sheets After I asked for them. I had kids with me and they made a mess on the sheets and had to sleep on them. Again after having to asking for things. One gives up
